摘要
2008年11月4日,海峡两岸四项协议的签署,标志着海峡两岸"大三通"时代的到来。依托闽台"五缘"优势,拓展"六求"作为,在先行先试的闽台海上直航"福建模式"成功的基础上,不断拓展深化两岸海上通航方式,整合互补闽台港口资源,建设以厦门、高雄2个主枢纽港为中心,以福州、基隆2个区域性重要港口为次中心,以泉州、莆田、漳州、宁德、台北、台中、花莲港、苏澳港等区域性一般港口为补充的台湾海峡港口群,构建以福州、厦门、高雄、基隆综合物流枢纽中心为核心,以泉州、莆田、漳州、宁德、台北、台中区域物流枢纽中心为辅助的台湾海峡港口物流网络体系,对接闽台主要临港产业。
The four agreements signed lately by representatives from both sides of the Taiwan Straits have been a sign that will usher in an age of Great Three Links.On the strength of the previous successful Fujian Model of direct shipping transportation,it is advisable and imperative to establish Xiamen and Kaohsiung as the twin hub port centers,and Fuzhou and Keelung as secondary port centers,integrating Quanzhou,Putian,Zhangzhou and Ningde on the Fujian side,and Taipei,Taizhong,Hua Lian and Suao on the Taiwan side into a port cluster.A port logistics network centre should be set up to facilitate the development of port industry in both Fujian and Taiwan.
