Discussion on the Models of Japan's and Korea's Utilization of Foreign Investment and Indigenous Innovation

本论文通过对日本和韩国在利用外资从经济起步到腾飞的过程中利用外资和自主创新的经验总结,对我国如何利用外资提高自主创新能力提出相关的建议和思考,包括渐进开放投资领域、利用外资和本国家或地区的产业政策相结合、采用多样化的手段利用外资和技术、重视技术转移、重视引进海外人才等。

This article examines Japan and Korea＇ s use of foreign investment and the country＇ s innovation during the years from their initial economic development to their eventual take -off, and then it discusses how China can promote its innovation via utilising foreign investment. The measures we propose are： gradually opening up to foreign investment, employing foreign investment based on national and regional industry structures, adopting different measures to utilise foreign investment and technologies, encouraging the introduction of overseas technologies and talents.
