基于AHP的土地整理综合效益分析——以安徽省宣城市养贤乡土地整理项目为例

An Analysis of Integrated Benefit of Land Arrangements Based on AHP——With Land Arrangement Project in Xuanzhou District of Anhui Province as an Example

从经济、社会、生态和景观4个方面构建了土地整理综合效益评价指标体系,运用层次分析法(AHP)确定评价指标因子的权重,并对宣城市养贤乡土地整理项目进行了实证研究,结果表明:该土地整理项目综合效益较好,建议尽快实施。由于该项目生态和景观效益一般,建议在项目实施过程中注重生态和景观效益,使土地整理综合效益达到最优。

This paper applies AHP method to determine the weight of the appraisal index factors and conducts a demonstration research on land arrangements of Yangxian Town in Xuancheng County, Anhui Province after establishing the system of comprehensive appraisal index factors for land arrangements in terms of economy, society, ecology and landscapes. The paper proposes implementing the land arrangement project as soon as possible as the results the research indicate that the comprehensive benefit of the proiect is relatively good. However, as the benefit of ecology and landscape of the project is not satisfying, the paper suggests that the ecology and the landscape benefit be stressed in the implementation, achieving optimized benefit.
