摘要
针对淮北矿区的水害现状，利用多种手段综合勘探，查清矿区水文地质条件，并提出一套完整的矿井综合防治水技术系统工程程序，经两个矿生产实践，效果良好，经济效益显著。
To counter the water hazard status of Huaibei mining area, using many kinds 0f exploration methods the hydrogeological conditions were surveyed. A complete system engineering program for mine water control was advanced. After the practice of 2 coal mine production, the result is satis factory.
