精神病医院与综合医院医师生活质量对照研究

Controlled study on life quality of doctors in psychiatric hospital and general hospital

目的探讨精神病医院医师的生活质量。方法采用分层随机抽样法按职称的构成比在重庆市3所精神病医院调查94名医师为研究组,同样方法调查3所同级别的综合医院医师106名作为对照组。用世界卫生组织生活质量综合评定问卷(WHOQOL-100)对其生活质量进行评定。结果精神病医院医师在的生理领域、心理领域、社会关系领域、环境领域和总的生活质量及健康状况等方面与综合医院医师比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);但在独立性、精神支柱及个人信仰领等域差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。影响因素主要表现在精神科医师心理压力、经济状况、社会支持系统和工作环境的特殊性等方面。结论精神病医院医师在生活质量方面较综合医院医师低,精神病医院医师较综合医院医师面临更大压力,对此应加以关注。

Objective To study the life quality of doctors in psychiatric hospital. Methods We selected 94 doctors in 3 psychiatric hospitals and 106 doctors in 3 general hospitals of Chongqing city through stratified random sampling method. The quality of life was investigated by filling out quality of life measuring scale made by WHO（WHOQOL-100）. Results There were significant differences between doctors of general hospital and doctors of psychiatric hospital on physical domain, psychological domain, social relations domain,environment domain and the sum-quality of life of the doctors and health status（P〈0.05）;But the independent domain,ideological pillar domain and individual belief domain had no significant difference between two groups（P〉0.05）. Mental stress, economic status, work＇s environment, social support system were important effective factors. Conclusion The doctors of psychiatric hospital have lower quality of life than doctors of general hospital and face bigger pressure. We should pay close attention to it.
