基层部队军医战伤救治任职培训体系研究

目的摘建立针对基层军医的任职培训体系。方法调研分析基层部队军医战伤救治现状和培训情况,从训练内容、训练形式、训练支撑三个方面建立战伤救治任职培训体系,重点对训练内容进行整合完善。结果建立了以"基础模块、发展模块、专项模块"为主体的内容体系,以"六位一体"为框架的训练模式,以教材、教员、实验平台等为支撑的保障体系。结论该任职培训体系在培训实践中应用取得较好效果。

Objective To construct the grass-root military physicians＇ post holding training system of wounded rescue. Methods On the investigation and analysis of battle-scarred cure and training actuality , built the grass-root military physicians wounded cure training system from training contents, training form and training sustentations. The most important work is improving the training contents. Resuit：s We established the content system including basic module, developmental module and special module, the ＂ 6 in 1＂training form, the training sustentation system of scripts, tutor, experimental foundation and so on. Conclusion The application of grass-root military physicians＇ post-holding training system is acceptable.
