摘要
采用便携式高分辨率能量色散X射线荧光仪和特征元素增量法对未知富镍矿石进行测定。实验结果表明:对含Ni为1%~3%的镍矿石,增量法分析的相对误差小于2%,达到部分允许误差限要求。
The application of high sensitive portable Energy dispersion x-ray fluorescence spectrometer (EDXRF) and the The characteristic chemical element increases the quantity method is used to measure the rich Ni ore,Tests on Ni ore which content 1%-3% show that the relativity error is less than 2%, Attain the part allows an error margin request.
