摘要
介绍了波长色散X射线荧光光谱仪和能量色散X射线荧光光谱仪的基本结构和工作原理,并对此两种光谱仪的结构、激发原理、分光和探测原理及其主要性能指标进行了比较和综合评述。
The basic structure and principle of wavelength disperse x-ray fluorescence spectrometry and energy disperse x-ray fluorescence spectrometry has been introduced. Some attributes has been compared and reviewed, such as structure, the principle of blazing, the principle of prismatic and detecting, the main index of capability of the WDXRF and EDXRF.
