摘要
系统利用温度传感DS18B20实现温度信号采集,借助nRF401无线收发芯片进行采集数据无线通信,选用单片机AT89C52作为核心控制器进行采集信号的处理和恒温、通风设备的驱动控制,通过USB控制器PDIUSBD12将上位PC机与控制系统连接,实现了分布式无线粮库自动监控系统设计。文章对系统硬件设计及部分软件进行了详细介绍。通过实验测试,系统通信正确率达100%,测温误差低于±0.4℃,较好地满足了设计要求。克服了传统粮库内布设电缆进行数据传输带来的种种弊端。
The system fulfills temperature signal collection through connecting temperature sensor unit DS18B20. AT89C52 processes measurement signal, drives equipments of constant temperature or aeration, and connects USB controller PDIUSBD12with up PC to complete, which the distributed wireless grain situation automatic monitor system is carried out. This paper introduces the system structure and the part of hardware/software design in detail. Our experiments show that 100 percent communication rightly and temperature measure-error is less than 0. 5 C. The experiment results reveal that system performs well as expected, and it avoids many disadvantages of traditional cable communication at grain situation.
