新城疫病毒(NDV)的分子生物学特征及基因工程疫苗的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 新城疫病毒（Newcastle DiseaseVires，NDV）属于副粘病毒科（Paramyx．oviridae），副粘病毒亚科（Paramyxovirinae），腮腺炎病毒属（Rubulavirtis），禽副粘病毒I型（Avian Paramyxovirus I，APMV—I）。成熟的病毒粒子直径约为100-250nm．有囊膜．呈现多形性，囊膜上有纤突，长约8nm，病毒囊膜上的纤突为2种糖蛋白，
