摘要
以直线制和直线职能制为代表的高长型组织机构设置模式已逐渐难以适应现代企业的发展要求。近年来,国内部分钢铁企业开始探索和实践"组织机构扁平化",并取得可喜的成效和经验。本文对钢铁企业实施扁平化组织的必要性进行分析研究,指出其操作的可行性。
A straight line institution or functional institution as the representative organizational structure of high - long pattern can hardly meet the development requirements of a mordern enterprise gradually. In recent years, some domestic steel companies began to explore and practice "flattening organizational structure" and achieved gratifying results and experience. In this paper, the necessity for iron and steel enterprises to flatten organizational structure was analyzed, and the feasibility of operation was pointed out.
