摘要
以植物油、三乙醇胺以及硼酸为主要原料合成了一系列水基润滑添加剂,通过四球摩擦实验机考察了配置的水基润滑剂的摩擦学性能,利用薄层色谱TLC(小板)分析了水基润滑添加剂的结构,以改进的斯特姆法测试了润滑剂的生物降解性能。结果表明:(1)随着合成酯的碳链长度增加、不饱和度减小及支链的非引入,摩擦学性能增强;但添加量增大,摩擦学性能并非一直增强。(2)以月桂酸、硬脂酸、三乙醇胺和硼酸为主要原料合成的添加剂摩擦学性能最优良。通过合成正交试验,优选出最佳合成条件。(3)水基润滑添加剂中含有单酯、双酯和三酯。(4)水基润滑剂的生物降解率达到80%,属于环境友好型水基润滑剂。
The paper is about using vegetable oil, triethanolamine and boric acid as the main raw material to synthesize a series of water-based lubricants. It inspected the allocation of water-based lubricants' tribological properties by the four-ball friction experimental aircraft, analyzed the structure of water-based lubricant additives by TLC (small plates), and tested biodegradable properties of the lubricant by the improved Storstroem. The results showed that : ( 1 ) With increasing of the length of the carbon chain, the reducing of degree of unsaturation and not introducing the branched-chain, the tribological performance enhances. But with increasing of the added volume, the tribological performance does not always enhance. (2) The ester synthesized by lauric acid, stearic acid, triethanolamine and boric acid of the main raw materials has the best tribological properties. Choose the best conditions of the synthesized ester by Orthogonal. (3) Water-based lubrication additives contain single-ester, double-ester and tri-ester. (4) The rate of biodegradable of water-based lubricant reaches 80%, so it is the environment-friendly water-based lubricant.
