摘要 针对渤海油田深部古潜山高温低压地层钻井需要,通过考察起泡剂、稳泡剂和加重剂等主要处理剂以及聚合物加序、pH值对钻井液性能的影响,优选出了抗高温海水微泡沫钻井液配方。该体系使用起泡剂SDP-1和稳泡剂SDP-2,它们的发泡能力强,泡沫小,分布均匀,稳定性好,抗污染能力强;加入了特制的加重剂TJ,同时通过适当降低发泡搅拌速度,可使体系密度达到0.6~0.95g/cm^3;引入了高温稳定剂LNW,它使海水微泡沫钻井液的抗温性达150℃,长期稳定性达7d。评价结果表明,该体系的抗温、抗盐、岩屑、海水和油污染能力强,油气层保护效果好。 A micro-foam seawater drilling fluid was formulated to satisfy the need for drilling in high temperature low pressure buried hill formations in Bohai area.The density of the fluid can be adjusted between 0.6~0.95 g/cm3.This fluid was stable at temperatures up to 150 ℃.The fluid had a strong tolerance to the contaminations caused by salt,drilled cuttings and oil.Reservoir permeability impairment was very low.
