摘要
随着中原油田开发进入后期,近年来加大了深层侧钻井的开发力度。侧钻井的环空间隙小,温度高(130~140℃),最高达150℃,在如此高的温度下许多水泥浆外加剂会失去效用。AMPS多元共聚物类降失水剂M-89L具有耐高温、抗盐、稳定性好等性能,适用温度为26~232℃,与缓凝剂M-61L配合使用能使体系抗温能力达到150℃,而且体系稠化时间易调节,接近直角稠化,失水量易控制,顶部及底部水泥浆强度发展正常,浆体稳定,流变性能良好。该水泥浆自2007年在中原油田文13-侧300井成功应用以来,又应用了5口井,固井一次成功率为100%,优良率为100%,成功地解决了深层侧钻井及小间隙井固井难题。
A cement slurry additive formulated with an AMPS filtrate reducer and a retarder,M-61L,was used in high temperature(150℃) sidetrack wells cementing in Zhongyuan oilfield.The cement slurry had consistency time pattern(almost straight angle) and filtration capacity that can be easily adjusted.the strengths of both the top and bottom cement slurry segments were developed normally and the rheology of the slurry was very satisfactory.This cement slurry had been used since 2007 in 6 sidetrack wells in Zhongyuan oilfield,all successful in the first try.
