摘要
从图书馆藏书建设、为教师和学生服务、馆员素质建设等方面论述了在素质教育环境下提高中学图书馆资源利用率的举措。
This paper puts forwards some measures for increasing the utilization ratio of the collection of middle school library under the environment of literacy education from aspects of the construction of library collection, service for the teachers, and students, and the construction of quality of librarians, etc.
