分析了目前高校新生中存在的主要问题,从新生入学教育、新生班级干部培养、辅导员的助理作用、辅导员的素质等方面论述了对高校新生进行教育与管理的行之有效的方法。

This paper analyzes the main problems existing in university freshmen at present, and expounds some effective methods for carrying out the education and management of the freshmen from aspects of the entrance education for freshmen, the cultivation of class carders of the freshmen, the assistant function of counsellor, and the quality of counselor, etc.
