摘要
目的:对粉枝莓Rubus biflorus Buch.根的化学成分进行研究。方法:采用硅胶低压柱层析、制备薄层层析和重结晶等方法进行分离提取,根据理化性质和光谱数据鉴定结构。结果:得到了5个三萜及甾体化合物,分别为:羽扁豆醇乙酸酯(Ⅰ)、2,α3β-二羟基乌苏-12-烯-28-酸(Ⅱ)、齐墩果酸(Ⅲ)、2α-羟基齐墩果酸(Ⅳ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅴ)。结论:以上化合物均为首次从本植物中分离得到。
Objective : To investigate the chemical constituents of root of Rubus biflorus. Methods : Isolation and purification were carried out by silica gel column chromatography and recrystallization and so on. Structural determination of the pure compounds was based on physico-chemical properties and various spectral data analysis ( ^1 H-NMR, ^13 C-NMR, IR, EI-MS). Results : Five compounds were isolated and identified as follows: lupeol acetate( Ⅰ), corosolic acid ( Ⅱ ), oleanic acid ( Ⅲ ), 2α-bydroxyoleanolic acid (Ⅳ), sitosterol( Ⅴ ). Conclusion: All these compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time.
