摘要 企业文化的整合管理是保证企业并购顺利实施的重要因素之一,并购企业文化冲突的表现与原因是多种多样的,并购企业文化冲突的整合对并购的成败至关重要,同时,并购企业文化如何评价,为企业并购效果的测定提供有效的工具。
