摘要
[目的]建立了同时测定蔬菜中17种有机磷农药残留的毛细管柱气相色谱分析方法。[方法]蔬菜匀浆后经混合溶剂提取,固相萃取柱净化,采用DM-5毛细管柱和火焰光度检测器检测。[结果]相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.3%~9.9%,回收率在83.5%~105.7%之间,方法最低检测限为0.025~0.098mg/kg。[结论]该方法简便、快速、灵敏、准确,满足多种有机磷农药残留同时测定。
[ Objective] To establish the capillary column gas chromatography method for the simultaneous determination of 17 organophosphorous pesticide residues m vegetable. [Methods] After making vegetable to slurry, distilling mixed solvent, purifying solid phase extraction pole, detected by DM-5 capillary cohmm and flame photometric detector. [ Results] In comparison with conventional methods, the detection limits raised, the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 2.3%-9.9%, recovery was 83.5%-105.7%, the minimum detection limit of the method was 0.025-0.098 mg/kg. [Conclusion] The method is simple, rapid, sensitive and can meet the needs for simultaneous detection of organophosporous pesticide residues.
