摘要
[目的]了解西宁市面粉中增白剂的添加状况。[方法]对2007年市售面粉增白剂含量进行检测分析。[结果]检测面粉41份,90%的样品添加了增白剂,含量范围介于0.01~0.05g/kg。10%的样品未检出增白剂。[结论]抽检的41份面粉中过氧化苯甲酰添加量均小于0.06g/kg,符合国家食品卫生标准规定限量。
[ Objective] To investigate added brightening agent content of flour sold in Xining market. [Methods] The brightening agent in 41 pieces of flour samples were analyzed by national standard assay method. [ Results] 90 percent of 41 pieces of flour samples were found out that the samples were added with the brightening agent. 10% of total samples were not added. [Conclusion] The brightening agent is generally added to the flour sold in Xirting City. The content of henzoyl peroxide in flour detected is below 0.06g/kg. which meet the limit of national food hygienic standard.
