摘要
本文从介绍现代企业制度的产生和发展出发，阐述了我国国有企业改革的目标是产权的明晰化和多元化，并进一步提出了产权明晰化和多元化的现实性和途径。
By introducing the arise and development of modern property system,this paper tells that the purpose of reforming the state enterprises is the definition and diversity of property and it also discusses their necessity,possibility and reality.
