本文从外国利率市场化改革的经验教训出发，探讨了我国利率市场化改革应具备的前提条件以及应采取的方式。

This paper analyzes the person centered tendency of the administrative science. In the light of the development of the modern humanities, the paper goes further into the idea that under the guidance of administrative theory, the science of administration tends toward person centered administration, and discusses the significance of modern administrative thinking in enterprises.
