摘要
TRPV1主要表达在初级传入感觉神经元上,是一种非选择性的阳离子通道。TRPV1可探测和整合炎症和热刺激信号,并转化为动作电位,并传至中枢形成痛觉。在胃肠道及相应背根神经节,TRPV1也有广泛分布。目前,已有诸多证据表明TRPV1可参与胃肠道运动,感觉和吸收等多种重要功能。这些生理学作用在功能性胃肠病的内脏高敏感和胃肠道运动失调的发病中有着重要意义。TRPV1可能为功能性胃肠病提供新的治疗靶点。
Transient Receptor Potential Vanilloid 1 (TRPV1) has been identified as a non-selective cationic channel expressed selectively by a sub-population of primary sensory neurons,which also plays an important role in transducing thermal and inflammatory pain. TRPV1 expressed in gastrointestinal tract and dorsal root ganglion (DRG) shows a clear link with gastrointestina motility, visceral sensition and absorption. TRPV1 maybe partly give a explanation to visceral hypersensitivity and dysmotilitv of functional gastrointestinal disease. In the fucture,TRPV1 could be a therapeutic target for functional gastrointestinal disease.
