摘要
β-环糊精包合技术在中药制剂的研究和开发中的应用日益广泛,药物制成β-环糊精包合物后,能显著地改善药物理化性质,被运用到各个领域中。文章综述中药β-环糊精的包合物的制备方法及其应用,旨在为中药新剂型的开发提供一定的理论基础。
The inclusion technique of β-cyclodextrin was widely used in research and development of TCM preparation. It could be significantly improve the physicochemical properties of drug after the drug was made into β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound in various fields. The review provides some theoretical basis of the development of new TCM preparation.
