雷公藤制剂中雷公藤红素的高效液相色谱法测定 被引量:10

摘要 文章采用外标法建立雷公藤制剂中雷公藤红素的HPLC测定方法.色谱柱:Agilent ZORBAX SC—C18(4.6mm×25cm,5μm),流动相。甲醇-1%醋酸溶液(87:13);检测波长;425nm,流速:1.0mL/min,进样量:20μL,柱温;25℃。雷公藤红素在40.96-204.8μg/mL之间呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9996,n=5,平均回收率为98.97%,RSD=1.33%(n=6)。实验方法具有操作简便、准确,回收率好,精密度、重现性高,分析快速的优点,可作为雷公藤饼剂中雷公藤红索的定量分析和质量控箭方法。 Determine the content of tripterine in Tripterygium wilfordii Hook f. by HPLC method. An external standard method was used with Angilent Zorbax SC--C18 and the mobile phase of Methanol:1% HAc(87:13). The wavelength for the detection was 425 nm and the flow rate was 1.0mL/min. temperature: 25℃. The linear range for the determination of tripterine was 40.96-204.8/lg/mL (r =0. 9996, n=5). The average recovery was 98.97% and RSD was 1.33%(n=6). The method is simple and accurate, good separated degree, the results are sensitive and reproducible and may be used in the quality control of tripterine in Tripterygium wilfordii Hook f suppositories.
