摘要
Flash 28F128J3A具有小体积、高性能的特点,在点检仪中用以存储设备状态数据。28F128J3A以16位模式连接到ARM片外静态存储器接口1上;软件采用模块化编程方法,将Flash操作的基本命令用子程序来实现,并基于此设计了IAP处理程序,将其固化在ARM片内Flash中。最后,给出了系统中对28F128J3A的操作流程。
Flash 28F128J3A has the features of small-volume and high- performance. In point-detect instrument it keeps the data that indicates device status. 28F128J3A is connected to the statie memory bank 1 interface of ARM in 16-bit mode. On software,the modularization mean is adopted to implement some basic commands in subprograms. Based on these subprograms, the IAP procedure is designed and burned into the flash inside ARM chip. At last, the flowchart of operations to flash 28F128J3A in system is given.
