一种变电站蓄电池远程监测系统的设计与实现

摘要 蓄电池是变电站直流系统的基本组成部分,是重要的储能设备,也是不间断电源的核心。它可作为主通信设备及动力设备的不间断供电电源,直接关系到整个直流电源系统的可靠运行。所以对蓄电池运行参数监测变得十分重要。本文在蓄电池现场监测的基础上提出一种远程监测蓄电池内阻的方法,用C8051F060单片机系统配合采集板作为采集控制系统来采集蓄电池运行参数和控制蓄电池组的充放电,用基于三星S3C2410微处理器的ARM嵌入式系统作为上位机,通过移植linux和嵌入式web服务器,在远方客户机可以通过浏览器浏览监测数据,实现蓄电池运行参数远程监测。 Battery is a basic part of substation DC system, and it is the important device of energy storage and the core of uninterrupted power system. It can be used in the uninterrupted power system of main communication device and power equipment, which has a direct relationship to the reliable operation of the entire DC power supply system, so battery's operation parameters monitoring has become very important. In this paper, a remote monitoring method of battery-site monitoring was presented. This method use C8051F060 MCU system as the sample and control system to collect battery operating parameters and control the charge and discharge of the battery, and use the ARM embedded system based on Samsung S3C2410 microprocessor to realize remote monitoring function and achieve battery operating parameters thanks to Linux and web server are transplanted.
