激光烧结快速成型用改性复合尼龙粉末的制备

摘要 针对目前尼龙12通过化学改性后的共聚酰胺产品作为选择性激光烧结用材料还是存在收缩和翘曲变形问题,研制出一种适合于选择性激光烧结用高性能复合尼龙粉。通过正交试验的方法对复合尼龙粉末的烧结工艺进行研究,得到优化的烧结工艺参数,分析了烧结件的性能。结果表明,经改性后复合尼龙粉末的收缩和翘曲变形得到了改善,同时,其烧结件的精度及力学性能也得到了改善。最终测得其拉伸强度为45.2 MPa,弯曲强度为56.5 MPa,延伸率为7%。 In light of nylon 12 by chemical modification of the polyamide products as selective laser sintering materials the problems such as shrinkage and warpage deformation still exis- ted.In this paper,a new type of high-performance composite-ny- lon powder was developed,which is suitable for selective laser sintering technology.With the ortho-design experiment method, the optimal laser sintering process parameters are achieved.The results show that the shrinkage and bending of modified compos- ite-nylon powder can be improved,and the precision of its sinte- ring and mechanical properties can be improved too.The ultimate tests show that its tensile-strength is 45.2MPa and bending strength is 56.5MPa and specific elongation is 7%.
