摘要
采用草酸盐共沉淀法制备NiCuZn铁氧体粉末。用化学共沉淀法制备了纳米复合物前驱体,分别在500、600、700、800、850℃下进行热处理,得到NiCuZn铁氧体粉末。采用TG-DSC、X射线衍射(XRD)和TEM对所制备的样品进行表征及分析。结果表明,热处理后样品形成了很好的尖晶石铁氧体纳米晶.平均晶粒尺寸约为50~60 nm;同时也发现热处理温度对晶粒尺寸有显著影响。
Nanosized precursor powders were prepared by co- precipitation method.Using co-precipitation method,the nan- ometer compound precursor powders is prepared.And then obtain the NiCuZn ferrites powder under the heat treatment at temperature 500℃,600℃,700℃,800℃and 850℃.The attribution and the analysis of the sample are characterized by using TG-DSC,XRD and TEM.After the heat treatment the sample has formed good spinal ferrites nanometer crys- tal,average crystal grain size approximately is 50~60nm. And then we find that heat treatment temperature has great effect on the grain size.
