摘要
针对我国供暖现状，结合近１０年技术改造及量化管理的实践，就北方地区供暖系统普遍存在的供暖用户冷暖不均、管网失调、系统存气、失水严重、系统超压或压力波动等问题，作了具体分析和评价，并提出解决办法及改进意见。
Analyzes and evaluates the problemes such as uneven heating, network misadjustment, air accumulation in piping systems, hot water losing, overhigh or unsteady pressure etc. based on the author's personal experiences in technical reform and quantified management in past 10 years, and gives suggestions to solve the problems.
