酒店管理中强化“以人为本”的对策 被引量:3

摘要 酒店是一个劳动密集型的服务行业,做好员工的管理在酒店经营管理中显得尤为重要。文章主要是针对酒店管理中"以人为本"管理上存在的问题,从薪酬制度、用人机制、授权、培训、与员工的沟通等方面提出了酒店管理强化"以人为本"的对策。
