摘要
目的:探讨大脑顶枕沟在MR横断层图像上的形态学规律。方法:30名正常成人志愿者头颅连续MRI扫描数据,在eFilm2.1工作站中,采用连续追踪法和3D-Cursor技术对连续MRI横断层图像上顶枕沟进行识别,观测、统计其形态学特征。结果:顶枕沟可出现在Z=-6~36mm区段的MRI横断层图像上,"一"字形占总层数的87.3%;"U"和"Y"形,占12.7%,随着层面的下移而沟前移。结论:本文结果可帮助顶枕沟的快速识别和楔叶、楔前叶的准确定位。
Objective:To explore the morphological characteristic of cerebral parietooccipital sulcus on series axial MR imaging of brain.Methods:On MRI of 30 normal volunteers' brain,parietooccipital sulcus was observed by the method of continuous tracking and three dimensional cursor on eFilm 2.1 workstation.The parietooccipital sulcus was identified and observated,and the morphological characteristic was analyzed on series sections.Results:The parietooccipital sulcus showed shaped-"一","U" and "Y" on cross-sectional MR imaging(Z=-6-36mm).The sulcus appeared "一"-shaped most commonly(87.3%)on 622 sections,and the others appeared U-shaped and Y-shaped(12.7%).Conclusions:The parietooccipital sulcus is identified accurately,and the cuneus and precuneus can be localized easily depend on the results.
