颌间Ⅲ类矫形力作用下恒河猴髁突软骨组织学及白介素-1α mRNA表达变化的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨颌间Ⅲ类矫形力作用下恒河猴髁突软骨生长改建的组织学及分子学机制。方法观察恒河猴髁突软骨在颌间Ⅲ类矫形力作用下组织形态的改变并应用原位杂交技术对恒河猴髁突软骨内白细胞介素(IL)-1α mRNA的表达进行检测。结果颌间Ⅲ类矫形力作用下恒河猴髁突软骨后斜面增殖层、前肥厚层明显变薄,软骨生长受到抑制,前斜面出现一定程度的增生反应;后斜面IL-1α mRNA的表达明显增强,增殖层和前肥厚层也出现较强的阳性表达。结论适当的颌间Ⅲ类矫形力可以使髁突软骨发生积极地生理性改建;IL-1可能通过对软骨细胞增殖和钙化成骨的调控参与了颌间Ⅲ类功能矫形力作用下髁突软骨的生长改建过程。 Objective To investigate the histological and molecular biologic principle of the remodeling of condylar cartilage in rhesus monkeys treated with intermaxillary orthopedic force. Methods The histological change of condylar cartilage was observed, and the IL-1α mRNA in the condylar cartilage of rhesus monkeys was examined with the technique of hybridization in situ(ISH) with the intermaxillary class Ⅲ orthopedic force. Results The multiplicative and the prehypertrophic zones of the posterior portion of cartilage became thin significantly, and the growth of the condylar cartilage was inhibited, while the anterior portion presented a hyperplastic reaction. Influenced by the functional orthopedic force, the expressions of IL-1α mRNA in the surface zone and the posterior portion were enhanced. Conclusion The remodelling of condylar cartilage could be physiological with proper intermaxillary class Ⅲ orthopedic force. IL-1α might mediate the effect of intermaxillary class Ⅲ functional orthopedic appliances on the remodeling of condylar cartilage by the control of the multiplication and calcification of the cartilage cell.
