摘要
目的探讨安氏Ⅲ类错矫治后牙齿移动与唇组织变化之间的相关性。方法选择30例安氏Ⅲ类错的生长发育期女性患者,采用上颌前方牵引矫治,矫治前后拍摄头颅侧位片,进行头影测量。结果治疗后上下唇的变化与切牙倾斜度的变化之间呈现相关性,上切牙的唇向移动和前牙正常覆盖的建立分别与上唇突点的前移和上唇倾角的变化相关(P<0.01;P<0.001);上下中切牙角的变化与下唇突点的后退和下唇倾角的减小呈相关性(P<0.01);同时上下唇厚度的变化与上下切牙倾斜度的变化亦有相关性,随着上切牙的前移,上唇厚度代偿性变薄,而下唇厚度则随着下切牙的舌倾而代偿性增厚。结论软组织侧貌及厚度均与牙齿的位置密切相关;上下唇位置的变化与上下切牙的变化不是单纯的一一对应关系。
Objective To analyze the correlation of the changes of incisors and lips in patients with Angle Class Ⅲ malocclusion after orthodontic treatment. Methods 30 consecutively treated Class Ⅲ female patients by protraction headgear were included in this study. Lateral cephalometric radiographs were measured and the results were analyzed by SPSS12.0 software. Results Significant correlations were found between changes in the incisors and lips. The forward movement of the upper incisor was accompanied by a corresponding forward movement of the upper lip. The normal incisal relationship （overjet） that was achieved had a significant impact on lower lip. Conclusion There were significant correlations between changes of incisors and lips. The relationship between incisors and lips was complicated.
