Life Cycle Inventories of Beamhouse in Shandong Cattlehide Tannery

运用生命周期分析方法,研究了山东某牛皮制革厂制革工艺的输入输出。每加工1 t盐湿皮,用水19 t,化料433 t,耗电138kWh;生产出192kg头层坯革,893kg二层灰皮;产生545kg固体废物,18 t废水,其中CODCr36kg,NH4+-N13.2kg,硫化物6.88kg,悬浮物213kg,总铬1.86kg。进而提出制革清洁生产的建议。

The in - out life cycle inventories of beamhouse in Shandong cattle tannery was carried out. When 1 ton wet salted hides were processed, 19 ton water, 433 ton chemicals, and 138 kwh power consumed, producing 192 kg crust, 893 kg splits, 545 kg solid waste and 18 ton waste water, which contained CODcr 36 kg , NH4^＋ - N 13.2 kg , S^2-6.88 kg , SS 213 kg and Cr 1.86 kg.
