摘要
采用激光粒子动态分析仪(PDA)研究了由单级旋流器、文氏管和离心喷嘴组成的雾化装置的喷雾特性。实验中测量了液雾的速度和直径,研究了液体流量、气流压降和旋流器的结构参数等对喷雾特性的影响。实验结果表明:液雾从文氏管喷出后形成了一个锥形喷雾场,液雾的轴向速度成为双峰分布,实验的工况对旋流杯的雾化效果很大,喷嘴供水压力和气流压降的提高都能明显的改善雾化效果。
The atomization performance of a combined airblast atomizing device with fuel nozzle and swirler has been investigated experimentally by a Particle Dynamic Analyzer (PDA) . The result shows that spray which is from the outlet of venturi form a cone spray field, and axial velocity of spray is both of peaks. The atomization quality is influenced obviously by the working parameters, the increase of fuel pressure and air pressure can improve the atomization quality obviously.
