中国保安族人群牙周健康状况的调查分析

Investigation on the periodontal healthy condition of Baoan nationality in China

目的:探讨中国少数民族保安族人群的牙周健康状况。方法:采用2005年第3次全国口腔健康流行病学调查制定的口腔健康调查标准、方法、问卷、调查表,采取整群、分层抽样方法,抽取了3个年龄组的保安族人群进行牙周健康状况调查。结果:①9～15岁组牙龈探诊出血率89.57%,平均出血牙位7.19,牙石的检出率91.94%,平均牙石牙位12.41。②35～44岁组牙龈出血率90.07%,牙石检出率100%,牙周袋检出率67.55%。③65～74岁组牙龈出血率76.25%,牙石检出率93.75%,牙周袋检出率66.88%。结论:保安族人群牙周健康状况差,牙石是所调查3个年龄组人群面临的最主要问题,该民族人群牙周健康状况主要与绝大多数人没有养成良好的刷牙习惯有关。

AIM： To approach the periodontal healthy condition of the rare minority of Baoan nationality in China. METHODS： In this survey, the authors applied the oral healthy investigation standard, method, questionnaire and schedule table established in the third national oral epidemiology inquisition in 2005. The periodontal healthy con- ditions of three different age groups of Baoan nationality were investigated by the means of whole and stratified sam- plings. RESULTS： （1）The gingival bleeding rate was 89.57% in 9 - 15 years old group, and the average tooth posi- tion of gingival tooth per capia was 7.19. The detection rate of calculus dentalis was 91.94% ,and the number of tooth detected calculus dentalis per capia was 12.41. （2） In 35 -44 years old group, the gingival bleeding rate was 90.07% , the detection rate of calculus dentalis was 100% , the detection rate of periodontal pocket was 67.55%. In 65 - 74 years old group, the gingival bleeding rate was 76.25% , the detection rate of calculus dentalis was 93. 75% , the detection rate of periodontal pocket was 66.88%. CONCLUSION： The Gan SU Baoan nationality was in poor periodontal heahhy condition. Calculus dentalis was the most prominent question in the three groups. The finding that the majority people of Baoan nationality have no good habit of brushing teeth is deemsd to be the main etiological factor of the poor periodontal healthy condition.
