摘要
采用EDS分析了取自江苏油田井盐钻井现场遭腐蚀的钻杆G105钢表面的腐蚀产物;为控制钻杆的腐蚀,提出了若干缓蚀剂并用动电位扫描法进行了筛选;用重量法对筛选出的缓蚀剂的缓蚀效果进行评定,结果缓蚀率超过90%;最后在钻井现场进行腐蚀环试验,结果表明缓蚀剂在现场使用过程中的缓蚀效果良好.
Corrosion products on drilling steel G105 surface, which was taken from a drilling well of Jiangsu oil field, were analyzed by EDS. In order to control the corrosion of the drilling well inhibitors were selected through scan potentiodynamic polarization tests in the saline slurries. Inhibition efficiency of the selected inhibitors was assessed by weight-loss method. Results showed the inhibition efficiency above 90% for complex inhibitors. The formed film on the steel induced by inhibitors was also characterized by XPS and the relevant mechanism was discussed. At last, corrosion ring-tests were performed in the drilling site, which showed that ideal effects were obtained by using the selected inhibitors.
