基于游客满意度分析的地质公园可持续发展研究——以福建省泰宁世界地质公园为例

On the Sustainable Development of UNESCO Geoparks Based on Tourist Satisfaction——A Case Study of Taining Geo-park,P.R.China

游客满意度影响游客收益以及随后旅游决策和行为,是衡量旅游体验的主要标准,是旅游景区可持续发展评价的新视角。采用灰色系统模型和ASEB模型分析福建省泰宁世界地质公园游客满意度,得出泰宁世界地质公园的游客满意度较高,集中体现在对自然景观和当地居民的友好程度的肯定方面,但是地质公园区外的交通条件、商贩的诚实程度、基础设施、娱乐服务方面存在的问题影响了游客的正面评价。因此,必须重视游客的体验营销,设计有吸引力的旅游体验主题、项目,开发新颖的具有丹霞地质文化内涵的旅游产品来延伸游客的旅游体验,进一步完善世界地质公园基础设施和区外交通条件。

Attractions are the important component in the tourism system, and the tourists are the main motive force that the tourism system develops. Tourist experience is not only a main measure of the tourist satisfaction, but also very important to gain tourism receipts and understand tourism behavior. This paper takes Taining Geopark a case , applying field observation , on-the-spot questionnaires survey , interview to investigate the tourists＇ perception of Taining Geopark. With the aid of gray system modeland ASEB model the paper analyzes tourist satisfaction of Taining Geopark , the findings are as follows： （1） the level of tourist satisfaction is high and local natural beauty and friendly residents satisfy tourists wholly; （2） the tourists have some negative perception , such as the poor transport facilities around the Geo-park scenic spot, the out-of date infrastructural facilities of tourist destination , the tradesmen＇ dishonest and absence of recreational activities etc. In the end, the paper put forward some advices to develop the tourists satisfaction , for example to design a new tourist line of more taking part in tourist topic, to update the geo-culture tourist product. At the same time, the public infrastructure and the passageway to external potential tourists region must be developed as soon as possible.
