集团分利与社会公平——基于奥尔森集团政治视角

Group Interest and Social Equity——the view of the Olson's Group Politics

社会公平已成为当今社会政治理论研究和现实探索的重要问题,而集团分利则是引发社会公平问题的一个重要因素。奥尔森集团理论认为:分利集团排外性的行为逻辑和分利化倾向,引起政治决策非民主性、经济分配非公平性后果,从而导致社会不公平或不公平程度加剧。我国分利集团的存在及对社会公平的负面影响日益明显,借鉴奥尔森集团政治理论,关注集团分利,加强社会公平问题中的集团因素分析,具有重要意义。

The social equity has become important problem of the social political theories research and realistic quest nowadays, but the group interest is an important factor of causing the social equity problem. The group theory of Olson thinks： the behavior logic of the group row outside and the division of the group interest brings about the result of political indemocratization, economical inequity, thus causing social unfair or unfair degree turn worse. The group interest have being and the negative influence to society equity is more and more obvious. Referring to the Olson＇s group politic theory, concerning the group interest and strengthening the analysis to the group factor within the social equity problem have important meaning.
