AE1/AE3在胃癌组织及淋巴结中的表达及意义

摘要 目的探讨AE1/AE3在胃癌根治标本中淋巴结内转移及其临床意义。方法对64例胃癌根治切除后淋巴结及胃周软组织的石蜡包埋组织用S-P法进行AIE1/AE3染色标记。结果AE1/AE3在已转移的病变及淋巴结中强表达,64例经HE染色证明阴性的118枚阴性淋巴结中,8例患者13枚淋巴结发现微转移灶,病例总阳性率为12.5%(8/64),淋巴结总阳性率为11.02%(13/118)。微转移与浸润深度有关,深层组织的微转移阳性率高于浅层(P〈0.05),两者之间具有显著性差异。结论AE1/AE3染色标记检测胃癌转移及微转移淋巴结对准确地确定临床分期及判断预后有积极临床意义。 Objective To study the lymph node metastasis in gastric significance. Methods Immunohistochemistry method of S-P was used to lymph node of 64 primary gastric cancerous cancerous, which express negative by HE cancer and its clinical examine AE1/AE3 in 118 Results In 118 lymph nodes of 64 primary gastric stain. Strong expression of AE1/AE3, occurs in gastric cancer tissues and lymph node. Micrometastasis was found in 13 lymph node (11.02%) of 8 cases (8/64).The incidence of Micrometastasis was correlated with the depth of invasion, and the incidence of Micrometastasis in deep tissues was more than that in superficial tissues, and the difference between deep tissues and superficial tissues was significant(P〈 0. 05).Conclusion The focal lesions of micrometastasis did exist in the visibly normal lymph node around the gastric cancer and the metastasis detection by AE1/AE3 in lymph nodes of gastric cancer is recommended to precisely determine the tumor stage, in order to direct predict prognosis.
