川芎嗪联合参附注射液辅助VAD方案治疗多发性骨髓瘤临床观察

The effect of Chuan-Xiong-Qin and Shen-Fu Injection plus chemotherapy on multiple myeloma

目的观察川芎嗪联合参附注射液辅助VAD方案化疗治疗多发性骨髓瘤的效果。方法36例患者随机分为两组。治疗组在VAD化疗基础上，联合应用川芎嗪、参附注射液治疗，对照组仅用化疗，观察对比两组的治疗效果。结果治疗组：部分缓解11例（55％），进步6例（30％），无效3例（15％），总有效率85％，对照组：部分缓解4例（25％），进步5例（31％），无效7例（44％），总有效率56％，两组有显著性差异。结论川芎嗪联合参附注射液辅助VAD方案化疗治疗，获得较好增效减毒效果。

Objective To observe the effect of TCM method plus chemotherapy on multiple myeloma. Method 36 cases were divided into two groups randomly： one group is treated by chemotherapy（VAD regiment） only and the other group is treated with combination therapy： Chuan-Xiong-Qin and Shen-Fu Injection plus chemotherapy. Result Combination group：PR：55%, which is much better than that of Control group（PR：25%）.Conclusion Chuan-Xiong-Qin and Shen-Fu Injection plus chemotherapy achieved better effect than pure chemotherapy.
