粘连性肠梗阻的治疗概况

A review on the treatment of adhesive ileus

粘连性肠梗阻作为常见的小肠疾病，一直是学者们研究解决的热点。关于粘连性肠梗阻的治疗进展有很多报道，但至今尚未找到一种确切有效，令人满意的解决方案。本文在简要总结以往治疗基本方法的基础上，从保守治疗与手术治疗两个方向，分别就中西医综合治疗，泛影葡胺以及腹腔镜手术等新疗法作了重点介绍，综述了粘连性肠梗阻的治疗研究进展，为今后相关实验研究及临床应用提供理论参考。

Adhesive ileus, one of the common enteral diseases, can not be cured with a satisfying effective. In addition to briefly summarizing the basic traditional treatments for adhesive ileus, the paper put emphasis on introducing the newly developed therapies, such as integrated treatment of traditional and western medicine, Gastrografin and abdominoscopic operation, in direction of expectant treatment and surgical treatment respectively, in order to provide a theoretical reference for the experimental study and clinical application in future.
