癌症患者的疼痛应对方式研究

Coping strategies in patients with cancer pain

目的探讨癌症患者的疼痛应对方式。方法应用Ri1ey和Robirlson的疼痛应对方式问卷-修正版（CsQ—R）调查203例癌症疼痛患者的疼痛应对方式。结果患者最常采用的应对方式依次为“分散注意力”（3．00）、“勇敢面对”（2．75）、“厄运感”（2．33）、“祈祷”（2．00）、“忽视疼痛”（2．00）、“逃避疼痛”（2．00）。结论“分散注意力”为癌症疼痛患者最常用的应对方式。

Objectives The purposes of the study were： To describe the pain situation, pain beliefs and coping strategies in patients with cancer pain. Methods A descriptive and correlation design was used in this study. By convenient sampling, 203 patients to assess the coping strategies. Results The most usually used coping strategies （by a low-to-high score sequence）were as followed：＂Distraction＂ （3.00）,＂Coping self-statements＂ （2.？5）, ＂Catastrophizing＂ （2.33）,＂Praying＂ （2.00）,＂Ignoring Pain＂ （2.00）,＂Distancing from the pain＂ （2.00）.Conclusion The most usually used coping strategy was ＂Distraction＂.
