摘要
目前,国内大部分印刷制版工艺是用360-450nm光源,曝光于感紫外和蓝紫光的普通PS版上,以制成印版。另外,由计算机系统输出830nm红外激光曝光于感红外的热敏PS版以直接制作印版的CTP系统也在迅速推广;此外也出现两种新的CTP系统:用360-450nm光源曝光的CTcP和用405nm激光曝光的CTdP。本文对比分析这几种印刷制版系统的优缺点和发展前景。
Presently, most domestic graphic arts printing plates are made by using 360-450 nm light source to expose normal ultraviolet and blue-violet light sensitive PS plates. Besides, CTP systems yielding directly printing plates through the computer by using 830nm infrared laser to expose infraredsensitive thermographic PS plates are also rapidly expanding; moreover, novel CTP systems, i.e. CTcP system using 360-450nm light and CTdP system using 405nm laser as exposure light sources have newly emerged in the market. This paper offers an analysis of the advantages and shortcomings of these systems and an overview of their prospects.
