摘要
胶印PS版具有支持体和感光层,通常在感光层表面还涂有一层毛面层,内含均匀分布的细小固体颗粒。印刷底片置于PS版上曝光时,必须进行减压抽真空,以去除两者之间的空气间隔,保证底片和PS版能够平整贴在一起;毛面层可显著提高抽真空效果。本文阐述PS版毛面层的功能、主要成分及其制备工艺等。
PS plates have a support and a light-sensitive layer commonly overcoated with a matt layer containing uniformly dispersed fine solid particles. When placing the printing negative on the PS plate during the exposure, vacuum is applied to remove any air space existed between them to ensure their intimate contact; that matt coating can significantly increase the vacuum efficiency. This paper outlines the functions of the PS plate matt layer, its main composition and coating technology.
