坐骨神经周围注射可乐定对CCI大鼠痛域的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察损伤坐骨神经周围注射可乐定对慢性坐骨神经结扎模型(chronic constriction injury,CCI)大鼠痛域影响,探讨α2-肾上腺素受体激动剂是否对已经形成的神经病理性疼痛产生作用。方法雄性SD大鼠32只,随机分为4组,每组8只。分别为:Sham组:只分离皮肤、肌肉,不结扎坐骨神经;Sal组:形成CCI后注射生理盐水组;Clo组:形成CCI后注射可乐定组;Clo+Yo组:形成CCI后注射可乐定和育亨宾组。采用热辐射法和vonFrey细丝法分别测定大鼠热刺激缩足反射潜伏期( thermal withdrawal latency,TWL)和机械刺激缩足反射痛阈值(mechanical withdrawal threshold,MWT)。结果CCI大鼠在术后从7d开始表现出明显的热痛敏和机械痛敏,损伤坐骨神经周围注射可乐定能明显减轻热痛敏和机械痛敏(P<0.01)。结论外周神经周围注射α2-肾上腺素受体激动剂可以减轻已经形成的神经病理性疼痛痛域,α2-肾上腺素受体可能参与神经病理性疼痛的发展和转归。
