狮子滩水电站水轮机的增容改造

Increase of Installed Capacity by Transforming Turbines at Shizitan Hydropower Station

狮子滩水电站水轮机为HL216－LJ－200型，发电机板定功率为12MW（15MVA）。为旧加电网调峰电力，经试验及论证，在电站引水建筑物及发电机改动不大的条件下，将HL216转轮更换为530型转轮，即可增大容量3MW，电站4台机共需改造费用的760万元，增容12MW，年均多发电2300万kW·h计，按平均电价0．2元/kW·h计，1．65年即可收回成本。2号机于1993年3月完成改造投运，其余3台机也相继投产．5年多的运行实践表明，整个改造工程是成功的．

At Shizitan hydropower station, HL216-LJ-200 type turbine is used. Nominal power of generator is 12 MW (15 MVA). In order to improve peaking power in network,it is tested and proved that installed capacity can be increased by 3 MW by transforming runner from type HL216 to type 530 without change a lot of diversion structures and generatcsrs. The transformation cost needed for four units are 7. 6 million Yuan. The installed capacity is increased totelly by 12 MW and Power generation is increased by 230 000 kW·h meanly in one year. In average power price of 0. 2 Yuan/kW·h,the cost can be recouped after 1. 65 years. Transformation of the second unit was completed in March 1992 and was put into operation. The other three units also operated in succession. Five-year operational practice indicates that the transformation is successful.
