摘要
目的:分析Cergo热压铸瓷材料烧结前后的成分和显微结构。方法:采用全谱直读电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪和紫外可见分光光度计分析烧结前Cergo热压铸瓷材料成分,热重/差热联用热分析仪表征烧结过程中Cergo热压铸瓷材料的转化,采用X射线衍射仪和扫描电子显微镜表征烧结前后Cergo热压铸瓷材料的晶型及形貌。结果:Cergo热压铸瓷烧结前是一种非晶态陶瓷材料,样本烧结后经X射线衍射图谱分析和扫描电镜观察,提示致密的玻璃基质中析出了四方相的白榴石晶体,晶体粒径约1~3μm。结论:Cergo热压铸瓷材料烧结前是以SiO2-Al2O3-Na2O-K2O为主要成分的玻璃态物质,经过高温烧结,固相反应,最终生成了致密的白榴石晶体(四方相)加强的玻璃陶瓷。
Objective:To analyze composition and microstrueture of Cergo hot-pressed dental ceramics before and after sintering. Methods:Whole-spectrum direct-reading inductively coupled plasma (ICP) optical emission spectrograph and ultraviolet visible speetrophotometer were used to characterize Cergo hot-pressed dental ceramics before sintering. Thermogravimetric/differential thermal analyzer (TG/DTA) was used to characterize the transformation mechanisms in the process of sintering. X-ray diffractometer (XRD) and scanning electron microscope ( SEM ) were used to characterize the crystal form and morphology before and after sintering. Results: Cergo hot-pressed dental ceramics before sintefing was a kind of amorphous ceramic material. According to the analysis of XRD and SEM, it generated tetragonal leueite crystals of the glass matrix. The diameter of tetragonal leucite crystals was about 1 - 3μm in measured. Conclusion:Cergo hot-pressed dental ceramics before sintering is a glass-ceramics in the SiO2-Al2O3-Na2O-K2O system, after high temperature sintering and solid state reaction, it generated compact tetragonal leucite crystals reinforced glass-ceramics.
