摘要 博弈逻辑是研究理性的行动者或参与者在互动的过程中如何选择策略、如何作出行动的逻辑,它可以为管理者提供一种新的视角、视点,使之在实践中反思自己的行为,从而提高工作效率。战国时代的七雄争霸,可视为博弈论中典型的"囚徒困境"现象,各国只注重自身利益、眼前利益,忽略联盟的集体利益、长远利益,缺乏长久合作的诚意,以致除秦之外的六国均陷入囚徒困境。六国的博弈失策昭示人们:在历史的博弈中,国家的长远利益与眼前利益是辩正统一的,只有二者合一,才能促进国家的发展和强盛。 Game logic is a subject of study rational man or player's reasoning in our interaction how to choose the strategy and to make the motion. The Game logic may provide one kind of new angle of viewpoint for the managers, then to make them reflectting their own behavior, thus to enhance work - efficiency. In the period of Warring States seven countries strived for the hegemony, may be regarded as typical model the prisoners' dilemma in game theory. Except the Qin State the other countries tended to put undue emphasis on immediate interests, temporary interests and partial interests, while ignoring long - term interests, root interests and general interests ; they were also lack of the sincerity in the long - time cooperation. The inevitable.Trend was that they fell into the prisoners'dilemma. We can see that in historical gambling, the country should handle contradictions between immediate interests and long term interests to get the development and prosperity.
